British glamor model Jodie Marsh has swapped glamour modeling for body building in an abrupt career change. In doing so the 30-year-old has dropped three dress sizes from a size 12 to a 6/8. But she isn’t finished yet – planning to shed another half a stone and build up even bigger muscles. According to Jodie:

‘Within two weeks, I had definition in my stomach,’ she said. ‘As I saw my body changing, I really liked my muscles and as Tim (her personal trainer) is a body builder it just went from there.’Her routine consists of a daily three-mile cross-country walk with her dog. And, she says: ‘sex and dancing in nightclubs’. She also works out at the gym with her trainer two to three times a week, using a Swiss ball and doing free weights for an hour in total. And she may even compete on the bodybuilder circuit in the future.

A have to say that it is a vast improvement over the slutty club whore version of her. Hopefully she maintains her body at this level where it is still considered feminine.
