El Pollo Loco and KFC are battling it out in the war for free chicken as KFC recently launched a campaign to garner customers through free chicken coupons. However these coupons are not valid on Mother’s Day. El Pollo Loco is clucking back, stating they originated the idea on April 28 when they gave away 2 free pieces of flame grilled chicken and will honor any coupons from KFC on Mother’s Day.
As you can tell it’s a slow news day and it was either this story or Lance Armstrong breaking up with Cheryl Crow.
