Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday night in Santa Barbara on suspicion of driving while impaired. TMZ reports:
Law enforcement officers tell us alcohol was not involved, however, they are conducting tests to determine if Locklear was under the influence of drugs.
I feel bad for her daughter, Ava. I mean, c’mon, BOTH the girl’s parents were arrested for DUI this year! (Recall Richie Sambora in March) …What would T.J. Hooker say???? Tsk…tsk.
